Working in the Digital Engagement Department

We are looking for a Business Analyst to strengthen our MyTelenet app team , one of the key teams within Digital Engagement. Together, we build and continuously improve the MyTelenet-app, the digital companion used by hundreds of thousands of customers every month to manage their Telenet experience.

As a Business Analyst, you will operate at the heart of our iOS and Android app development organization , working closely with Product Owners, developers, designers, architects, testers and stakeholders from across the entire company.

The MyTelenet app is unique because it touches virtually every customer journey and business domain within Telenet . From internet, mobile and television services to billing, products, support, digital sales, customer care, account management, installation journeys and emerging digital services, the app brings all these experiences together in one place.

This means you'll work with a highly diverse group of stakeholders and business domains, giving you a broad view of how Telenet operates and a direct impact on the digital experience of our customers.

Our Business Analysts are in the middle of the action when it comes to shaping the future of the MyTelenet app. They translate customer needs and business objectives into valuable mobile experiences and help steer strategic product decisions that reach customers every single day.

Your Role as a Business Analyst

As a Business Analyst, creating customer value is your starting point. You excel at understanding business challenges, customer needs and digital opportunities, transforming them into concrete solutions for our mobile platforms.

You will:

• Collaborate with Product Owners, UX designers and iOS & Android development teams to define and refine app capabilities.
• Translate business needs into clear requirements, user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Assess the feasibility and impact of new ideas, initiatives and change requests.
• Help shape the MyTelenet app roadmap by balancing customer value, business priorities and technical possibilities.
• Act as the bridge between business stakeholders and the mobile delivery teams.
• Facilitate workshops, align stakeholders and drive clarity in complex discussions.
• Analyse end-to-end customer journeys across multiple domains, identifying opportunities to improve the customer experience.
• Document functional requirements, business rules, workflows and solution designs while ensuring regulatory and legal compliance.
• Break down large initiatives into manageable epics and stories and support delivery throughout the development lifecycle.
• Support testing activities, go-live preparations and change management.
• Monitor app performance, user behaviour and customer feedback to identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
• Use data and customer insights to proactively recommend enhancements that keep MyTelenet app relevant, intuitive and future-proof.

Your Profile as a Business Analyst

We are looking for someone who combines analytical thinking with a strong customer and business mindset.

You:

• Have a business-oriented profile with a solid understanding of customer challenges and digital products.
• Have experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role within digital, product, commercial or customer-facing environments.
• Are passionate about creating outstanding mobile experiences.
• Can translate complex business needs into clear and actionable requirements for development teams.
• Understand that technology is an enabler and always start from customer and business value.
• Feel comfortable engaging with stakeholders from diverse business domains and levels of the organization.
• Thrive in a context where multiple customer journeys converge into a single digital experience.
• Are proactive, take ownership and are not afraid to challenge assumptions or raise concerns.
• Enjoy working in multidisciplinary and diverse teams where different perspectives contribute to better solutions.
• Can navigate ambiguity and help bring structure to evolving ideas and initiatives.
• Have enough technical affinity to effectively collaborate with and challenge iOS and Android development teams.
• Are data-driven and use customer insights to support decision-making.
