Are you an accountant or financial professional looking for a new challenge in your area?

Our offices in Antwerp, Hasselt or Zaventem are looking for a central figure who thinks proactively, anticipates needs, and acts as a trusted advisor to our clients. In addition to managing client files, you will also be responsible for supervising and guiding a multidisciplinary team of specialists. In short, you will be the point of contact for your colleagues, as well as for our clients' accountants, business managers, and CFOs.

Specifically, your job will include:

  • Taking the lead on client files;
  • Acting as a professional advisor in a multidisciplinary team that supports nationally and internationally operating SMEs, family businesses and multinationals;
  • You will support the expansion of the client portfolio in the region and work closely with other accountants, lawyers, tax specialists, and advisors;
  • You will coach and guide your team in the performance of advisory work and in their further growth and development in both technical expertise and consulting skills;
  • You will provide assistance with tax audits;
  • You will analyze and discuss financial analyses and dashboards.

  • You have a passion for numbers and taxation;
  • You have a master's degree in applied economics and/or a bachelor's degree in accountancy and taxation;
  • You have more than 6 years of relevant experience, preferably in an accountancy firm;
  • You have experience in managing and supervising a team;
  • Achieving results with your team and building lasting customer relationships are what drive you;
  • You have a commercial mindset;
  • You are eager to learn, ambitious, and want to build a successful career;
  • You are analytical, sufficiently critical, and have strong communication skills;
  • You hold your ITAA title or are willing to obtain it in the short term;
  • You can work independently but also have a healthy dose of team spirit;
  • You provide customer-focused service and are strong in business development.
