Experienced Order Picker / Warehouse Associate – flexible shifts (Beringen, Belgium)

Kuehne+Nagel Beringen is expanding its warehouse operations and looking for motivated Warehouse Associates / Order Pickers to join the team!

Choose the shifts that suit your work-life balance

Enjoy predictable routine paired with great team flexibility:

• Early Shift: 06:00 – 14:00
• Late Shift: 12:00 – 20:00
• Night Shifts: 18:00 – 02:00 or 22:00 – 06:00
• Availability to work public holidays and occasional weekend shifts is required.

Your key responsibilities as an Order Picker

• Scan packages and process orders systematically using a hand scanner with a strong focus on quality.
• Prepare transport pallets and safely maneuver them across different warehouse zones.
• Conduct routine checks on logistics equipment and report any issues to your shift leader.
• Safely operate or learn to operate internal transport tools like a BT / Electric Pallet Truck (EPT).
• Proactively collaborate during peak picking volumes to achieve daily operational goals.

What we are looking for:

• Logistic experience: Prior experience as an Order Picker or Warehouse Associate.
• Independent mobility: You have your own transport to reach the Beringen site easily (public transport is not available for these shift times).
• Cold environment capability: Comfortable working with food products (including pork and alcohol) in a cooled warehouse setting (0°C - 18°C)
• Very good command of the English language
• Eagerness to learn: Open to mastering new logistics equipment, such as BT trucks.

What we offer: salary & benefits

• Competitive base pay: €15.64 gross/hour
• Attractive shift bonuses:
• +7.5% for two-shift system
• +12.5% for night shifts
• Daily meal vouchers:
• Starts at €8 per shift worked
• Increases to €9 after 110 days
• Maximum of €10 per shift
