The Radisson Blu Royal Hotel is currently looking for a Receptionist (day and Night) to join our team.
Responsibilities:
You will be responsible to provide a warm, friendly welcome to our guests. Duties will include check-in and check-out, dealing with foreign exchange, processing payments, answering the telephone, taking reservations and dealing with all general guest requests and queries.
Your Tasks will be the following:
Performing Front Desk activities in accordance with established procedures noted in the Front Office Manual and as instructed by the Service Manager.
Performing “error-free” check-in, check-outs and cashiering.
Checking guest satisfaction orally and through CST questionnaires throughout the stay and at check-out and taking appropriate measures to recover any service failures.
Providing friendly, efficient service to clients of the hotel, responding to their requests in a friendly, efficient manner.
Selling and up-selling rooms at optimal rates through sources including but not limited to telephone reservations, walk-ins, and desk sales in order to maximize revenue and ensuring guests accepted do not pose any threat to the hotel, other guests or the hotel’s image.
Handling cash with the greatest care and according to procedures in place and assuming responsibility for the cash-till.
Checking Shift Revenues, counting cash at the end of the shift and promptly reporting deviations to a service manager.
