As a consultant you will receive the necessary commercial training and support, to build up your own portfolio from A to Z whilst playing a leading role in recruiting management profiles for your clients. Michael Page's goal is to create client recurrence and we therefore need people proud and driven to work in a qualitative way. Our clients our both multinational companies as SME's in different sectors which gives you a real helicopter view on the market.
Furthermore, Michael Page is able to offer quality since our consultants recruit from the professional experience they have gained in the past within different and specific domains (Sales, Marketing, Finance, Supply Chain, Procurement and HR). This USP allows us to understand our clients' and candidates' needs, and be a real business partner for them.
Who we are looking for
You have a Master degree;
You have a minimum work experience of 3 years;
You have a commercial and entrepreneurial mindset;
You are ambitious to take the lead in projects which you will manage from first client contact to the placement of the ideal candidate;
You are eager to work in an autonomous way, still being a real teamplayer;
You are result oriented and you have an eye for details;
You have a profound knowledge of Dutch, French and English;
