To support the sales and markting team with relevant data and analysis on results and expectations, and to help drive strategic plans to maximize our shareholders investment; while, ensuring all accounting practices comply with statutory and US GAAP requirements.
Within Finance, two sub-teams exist, (1) Financial Accounting, and (2) the Controllinger & Reporting (C&R) Team.
(1)The Financial Accounting team focuses on the recording of actual transactions, accounting and tax legislation, and managerment of working capital.
(2)The C&R team provides daily support to the business in the form of variance analysis, assessments and planning, and optimization of resources.
The above approach should lead to balancing and optimizing our financial triangle of growth, profitability and cash flow.
Responsibilities:
Reporting of financial data on sales and marketing.
Detailing of sales and gross margins by product, customer and sales provide insight into the actions by sales region.
Detailing of the sales by product family to the product managers allows them to track the product life-cycle and forecast needs for additions to their product portfolio.
Periodic calculation of sales per distributor leads to the forecast of the earned discount.
Contribute to annual budget exercise and monthly follow-up.
Analysis of sales and marketing cost centers.
