The test engineer is starting from the design of the hydraulic system made by other team members within the hydraulic team.
The prototypes of the hydraulic system have to be assembled, debugged and tested with the coaching and under the supervision of the project engineer who has made the design.
The project engineer will establish the test validation plan of the hydraulic system. The test engineer will realize the plan with the coaching and under the supervision of the project engineer.
The testing includes creating the right test set-up for the validation tests (set-ups for functional and durability testing) and testing the prototypes of the hydraulic system as a separate hydraulic system as well as integrated in the driveline system.
The test engineer will process the test data to the necessary information that conclusions can be derived from the testing.
Final conclusions will be made under the supervision of the project engineer.
The test engineer will document the test results into a test report.
Knowledge about hydraulic systems and mechanics.
The test engineer is able to use in the testing a controller with the embedded software to control the hydraulic system.
