Provides technical expertise and ownership in the diagnosis and resolution of an issue incident and problem management
Troubleshooting problems in complex environments and providing timely diagnosis of problems
Producing and reviewing documentation
Installing and supporting new versions and updates in the Windows production environment
Ensures that the product meets the given technical requirements and other objectives set
Arranges/participates in technical contacts with suppliers and partners
Supports the purchasing department in negotiations with vendors
Performs planning of development, maintenance and operation activities for the product
Participates in cost calculation of development, maintenance and operation activities for the product
Proposes changes that makes the product more efficient and/or reduces operation or maintenance cost
Evaluates the technical aspects of all proposals that affect the product
Supervises infrastructure technicians within the area of responsibility
Gives guidelines to application developers
Authorized to make commitments that falls within the scope described in the ‘Individual Job Description’* and/or any other contract/directive effective in the specific infrastructure area
Ability and willingness to work effectively in a business-critical production, in a global, multi-cultural organization.
