Your strong customer focus and communication skills will see you responsible for technical and service support to internal staff and subcontractors, as well as management of maintenance and asset replacement.
Additional responsibilities will include risk management, development and implementation of procedures, meeting contractual reporting requirements, managing safety, liaising with key stakeholders.
The primary objectives of the role are to :
. Answering phone and email requests regarding issues/service/maintenance works
. Proactively monitoring outstanding work requests
. Provide day to day management of the technical staff and subcontractors to ensure requests are completed on time and documentation is received and processed in a timely manner
. Ensure all preventive and corrective maintenance is completed, statutory and legislative requirements including a focus on meeting Environmental Health & Safety measures.
. Support the Facility Leader with projects in the other countries under the scope of North & Nordic region.
. General finance (cost tracking) and administration duties like SAP requisitions and receipts, small translations,...
. General communication via e-mail and or Internal screens.
A key function of the role is to keep tracking of the cost associated to the different sites in Belgium. The role will require the incumbent to act for the Facility Leader when the Facility Leader is unavailable.
