As Group ICT Manager, you will be responsible for optimising and expanding an organisational structure for over 60 staff. You will map the current ICT organisation and subsequently create an adequate ICT roadmap for the Group’s international expansion. This roadmap will clearly reflect the Group’s vision for the future. In order to achieve the planned growth, you will set up an efficient service and project organisation geared to a more global business approach and support strategy. You will make strategic decisions regarding the in or outsourcing of infrastructure as well as elaborate an effective and future-oriented application policy. As an experienced people and change manager, you are an expert at maximising the commitment and motivation of the ICT department and the business as a whole. In this role, you will report directly to the CFO. The position offers far-reaching strategic and operational impact, autonomy and budgetary discretion.
