In order to complete its teams in the area of Defence (Belgium), the CMI Group is looking for the following profile to work in the SCS (Support & Capability Solutions) Department within its Defence Business Unit:
Product Support Representative - Defence (Belgique)
Missions
As "Product Support Representative", your responsibilities will include the following:
Manage, organize and implement training programs (theory and practical) that are destined for our customers (operator & maintenance guides and associated training materials)
Participate in managing, organizing and executing tests and demos on firing ranges and simulation equipment. This involves working closely with suppliers, both internal (CBS, Engineering, Quality, Sales, etc.) and external,
Bring in your experience to develop new CMI Defence programs/products,
Run and coordinate Product Support activities, using the right materials,
Participate in analyzing the ILS (Integrated Logistic Support) aspects of tenders/contracts for the Business Unit and define means of implementation in order to meet objectives/requirements,
Participate in technical/sales work in collaboration with the Sales Department.
Profile
•You have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent in electronic engineering-oriented real-time embedded systems with good mechanical skills, or you are member of the armed forces (preferably with experience of medium and/or large size firing ranges)
You have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent in electronic engineering-oriented real-time embedded systems with good mechanical skills, or you are member of the armed forces (preferably with experience of medium and/or large size firing ranges)
You have a good working knowledge of English (written and spoken),
At least one work experience in the Defence field is an asset,
Knowledge of turret systems at the operational and maintenance level is an asset,
You are a leader, able to coach teams, organized, meticulous, goal-oriented, show initiative and enjoy a challenge,
You must be articulate and able to write documents (reporting, technical documents, etc.) in both French and English,
Ability to understand the customer's point of view is essential,
You must be proficient in the use of MS Office and able to rapidly learn how to use simulation software tools,
You show initiative and can collect and make use of ‘feedback' from various sources, including customers, engineering and sales departments,
You are available for temporary assignments, short or long, anywhere in the world
As part of this position, you will be trained on our products
You have a good working knowledge of English (written and spoken),
