Our client?s hospital is embedded in a recently built structure and counts as one of the largest and best equipped private hospitals located in Saudi Arabia. Over the last ten years they have established themselves as a clinic with a high level of medical care and are constantly showing an innovative spirit in following the latest developments in health care. They are now looking to hire a Physician with a specialization in Immunology / Allergy.
As an Immunologist your primary job responsibility will be to diagnose and treat allergy and immunology related complaints. You can do so by administering a variety of tests, conducting interviews and performing research to define the nature of the problem. You will also prescribe medication and drugs. If needed you may refer the patient to a colleague -specialist for additional care. Explaining your patients how their condition arises and what fabrics, materials, environments or activities enlarge the risk of an allergic reaction will help them to better understand the occurrence of their complaints and can be useful to help them keep their suffering to a minimum. By knowing more about their disease they can anticipate their symptoms and take actions that will make their everyday life more bearable.
Verwacht:
You are an MD, Specialist Allergy and Immunology, having completed the necessary residency in Allergy and Immunology. You hold a specialist diploma in your field of expertise after having received training in a respected European or American University. Board Certification from the American Board of Allergy and Immunology or equivalent (Royal College) is mandatory.
After graduation you have acquired at least 5 years of practical experience. You can rely on a vast number of on-the-job experiences in which you have been working with a wide variety of patients who had differing symptoms and conditions.
You understand and are able to speak both English and Arabic fluently
You have always kept up with new studies, findings, and trends by attending workshops or seminars additional to licensing requirements.
Besides your technical competencies you also have leadership qualities. You like to share knowledge and experience, stimulate cooperation and adapt easily to a new environment.
