The job holder supports the Consumer Services - Marketing (2-3 days/week)-Responsible for a quick, efficient and professional handling of consumer complaints, questions, suggestions & positive feedback (by letter/mail or phone).-The Management Assistant is the direct link between our client and the consumer and responds in a way that delights the consumer.-The assistant shares key outcome in a consistent, clear and adequate way with key internal stakeholders (Quality management, crisis management, marketing).-Gives administrative support to the Marketing Team (17 people)-As administrative support to the marketing team (1 day/week) you are responsible for :-organising meetings with internal & external partners and assemble appropriate material-organising internal product tastings-booking meeting rooms (internal and external) and lunch if required-ensuring correct and timely agenda input for and send out to all stakeholders-ensuring follow-up on agenda points-taking notes of meetings whenever required-reviewing powerpoint presentations-agenda support team-travel arrangements if necessary-administrative tasks (update files, update products in meeting rooms, request for and send samples, holiday planner, ..)-The job holder also supports the Leadership Team (2 days/week), in collaboration with the other management assistants.-Furthermore, the function holder should respect, implement and sustain the Values and Code of Conduct.-As assistant to the Leadership Team (2 days/week) you are responsible for :-organising meetings with internal & external partners and assemble appropriate material-booking meeting rooms (internal and external) and lunch if required-ensuring correct and timely agenda input for and send out to all stakeholders-ensuring follow-up on agenda points-taking notes of meetings whenever required-ensuring meeting planning is up to date, taking into account busy agenda's of LT-welcome visitors-preparation of PowerPoint presentations, letters and various documents-translation of documents and presentations-administrative coordination of ad hoc projects-making travel arrangements-ensuring daily and continuous interaction with LT-members and their staff-administrative tasks (filing, faxes, .) .
