As Design & Test Engineer hydraulic systems you will make the design of the hydraulic system being delegated and supervised by a senior engineer responsible for the design of the hydraulic system.
You will develop the testplan for the hydraulic system.
The prototypes of the hydraulic system have to be assembled, debugged and tested by you.
You will establish the test validation plan for the hydraulic system.
The first debugging activity and functional testing will be done by you. Once the prototypes are more mature, you will coach a hydraulic tester that will support you in the more iterative testing that is needed.
The testing includes creating the right test set-up for the validation tests (set-ups for functional and durability testing) and testing the prototypes of the hydraulic system as a separate hydraulic system as well as integrated in the driveline system.
You will process the test data to the necessary information that conclusions can be derived from the testing. You can also support the hydraulic tester to create this information.
You make the final conclusions and you will document the test results into a test report.
Knowledge about hydraulic systems and mechanics. The hydraulic know-how is related to mobile hydraulics and hydrostatic machines.
You are able to use in the testing a controller with the embedded software to control the hydraulic system. Your contribution
You have a Master degree in Electro Mechanics/Hydraulics.
You have work experience with, design, assembling and testing hydraulic systems.
You are a team player.
You have good communication skills (oral, written).
You are a hands-on person and practically oriented.
You are fluent in Dutch and has knowledge about English.
