You will set up and execute the Project Support activities as a staff member of the « Project Management Office » team (PMO) at our customers’ offices.
Your main activities will be:
Create and maintain the time reporting structure; control & follow-up time sheets; perform the update of projects’ documents;
Perform project reporting (planning, staffing forecast & cost), prepare Steering Committees (agenda, report, minutes);
Control & follow-up time expense claims;
Organize the facilities (desks, PC, badges,…) and events on the project.
