As Banking consultant, your expertise and skills play a key role in bringing the latest innovations and technology ideas to our client. You support the shaping and delivering of the right client solution and are ready to manage your own part of the scope together with your team :

Job Qualifications

• At least 4 years of experience in at least one key banking domain (e.g. Payments, Cards, Credits, Accounts)
• Fluency in Dutch and/or French, English is mandatory
• Experienced in resource management, team coaching, scope management, risk/issues management, quality assurance
• Knowledge of project estimation and planning and delivery management related frameworks and skills.
• Experience with different delivery methodologies and frameworks
• Experience with working with near-shore or off-shore teams
• Excellent people management skills
• Ability to contribute in RFP/RFIs
• Affinity with AI is an asset
