Your responsibilities as Business Analyst:

• You analyze the business needs/challenges and/or questions. You elicit the requirements and determine their impact on the processes, organization, customer experience, asset management, systems and tools.

• You facilitate and document the solution direction into Business Requirements by working together with Business representatives, engineers, IT architects and technical teams. You steer the final choice of a solution (tactical and operational decision-making).

• You determine the acceptance criteria and accept the End-to-End total solution working together with the stakeholders. If applicable, this also includes (organizing) testing the solution.

• You act as a point of contact for internal stakeholders, as well as for external partners and customers. You organize the knowledge administration and manage the consistent documentation for the business domain.
  

Our ideal Business Analyst:

• You have a master's degree in a business or technology domain or comparable experience and have at least 5 years of relevant experience in a similar role.

• You have knowledge of business and operational processes, ideally coupled with expertise in specific technical domains (IT and/or network).

• You have experience collaborating on cross-functional projects, effectively bridging teams and driving successful outcomes.

• You have the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical audiences and vice-versa.

• You are experienced in gathering and translating business requirements into tangible product and service capabilities.

• You can see things from a broad perspective (“helicopter view”).

• You have experience in stakeholder management. You can collaborate seamlessly with both internal and external stakeholders by building long-term relationships.

• You are familiar or have at least interest in the telecommunication sector.

• Fluency in both Dutch and English is essential, both written and spoken. Proficiency in French is considered an asset.
