Key Responsibilities:

  • Define and lead the training strategy aligned with brand vision and business objectives in the Benelux market.
  • Manage and coordinate the local training team (2 people covering Dutch- and French-speaking regions), ensuring alignment and performance.
  • Design and implement the annual training plan, including programs for launches, events, and key initiatives.
  • Develop and adapt training content across formats (in-person, digital, and blended learning).
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training plans across regions.
  • Train and support the local team to ensure consistent execution.
  • Identify training needs and propose improvements to enhance efficiency and commercial impact.
  • Track training effectiveness through KPIs and evaluations.
  • Collaborate with Sales and Marketing to support business growth and product sell-out.

Requierements

  • Previous experience as a Training Manager, Senior Trainer, or in a similar leadership role.
  • Proven ability to design and implement training strategies and programs.
  • Experience in the cosmetics, professional aesthetics, or related industry required.
  • Strong leadership skills; first people management experience is a plus.
  • Excellent presentation, communication, and facilitation skills.
  • Strategic thinking with strong operational execution.
  • Analytical mindset with experience using KPIs to measure training impact.
  • Bilingual: fluent in Dutch, French and english (mandatory).
  • Willingness to travel within the Benelux region.

Pay: €55.000,00 - €65.000,00 per year
