2. What should you expect?

HR Expertise Across Key Domains: Leverage your HR skills to support clients in critical projects, including recruitment, talent management, compensation & benefits, payroll, and learning & development.

3. Who are you?

• Experience: You have at least 5 years' experience in a broad HR function or consultancy, and you are ready to take the next step as a strategic advisor to clients.
• Expertise: You have in-depth knowledge of HR and are an expert in at least one domain, such as talent management, payroll, compensation & benefits, change management or organisational development. In-depth knowledge in one of these areas is sufficient.
• Language skills: you are fluent in Dutch or French and have a good knowledge of the second national language and English.
• Communication skills: You make contact easily and can express yourself in a confident, clear manner. You can present complex HR issues clearly and convincingly to both clients and internal teams.
• Consulting: You build strong relationships with clients and proactively offer advice that meets their strategic HR needs.
