About this vacancy

Lead end-to-end project lifecycle from initiation to closure for IT-related projects.
Develop comprehensive project plans, timelines, and resource allocations.
Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects.
Define project scope, goals, and deliverables that align with business objectives.
Manage changes to project scope, schedule, and costs using appropriate verification techniques.
Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues, ensuring minimal impact on project delivery.
Report and escalate project status to management and stakeholders as needed.
Ensure compliance with organizational standards, security protocols, and regulatory requirements.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, analysts, and business units.

What we expect from you

Qualifications

Bachelor’s or Master's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
5–7 years of proven experience managing IT projects (software, infrastructure, or both).
PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile/Scrum certification strongly preferred.
Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Waterfall, Agile, Hybrid).
Proficiency in project management tools such as Jira, Asana, MS Project, or Trello.
Excellent problem-solving, leadership, and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and adapt to changing priorities.
You speak English and French or Dutch.
