Vacancy: Assistant Restaurant General Manager (KFC)

Achieving 100% guest satisfaction together with your team

At KFC, everything revolves around quality, speed, hospitality, and teamwork. As an Assistant Restaurant General Manager (ARGM), you and the Restaurant General Manager are the driving force behind the success of your restaurant.

You ensure that the daily operations run smoothly, that your team is well trained and motivated, and that every guest enjoys an outstanding experience every time they visit.

What will you do?

  • Lead a team of 7 to 25 employees during your shift.

  • Run the restaurant independently when the Restaurant General Manager is absent.

  • Coach, train, and motivate team members and new employees.

  • Monitor operational performance, guest satisfaction, and safety standards.

  • Manage staff administration, inventory, and ordering processes.

  • Actively contribute to achieving commercial targets and restaurant performance.

  • Control costs, quality, and team performance.

What do you bring?

  • Initial experience leading or supervising a team.

  • Strong leadership skills: you coach, motivate, and take responsibility.

  • A guest-oriented mindset is in your DNA.

  • You are stress-resistant, decisive, and solution-oriented.

  • You speak Dutch fluently. English or French is a plus.

  • You are flexible and willing to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays.

  • Experience with numbers, operational management, food safety, or personnel management is an advantage.
