We are looking for a Warehouse Officer to join our logistics team specialized in telecommunications. The successful candidate will be responsible for the efficient management, storage, and distribution of telecom equipment and materials.

Main Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and record incoming telecom equipment and materials.
• Organize and store products in the warehouse in accordance with internal procedures.
• Prepare and issue equipment intended for field teams, technicians, and other departments.
• Keep inventory records up to date and carry out regular stock checks.
• Monitor stock levels and report shortages, discrepancies, or damaged items.
• Prepare orders and the necessary documentation for deliveries and internal transfers.
• Ensure that the warehouse is clean, organized, and compliant with safety requirements.
• Use warehouse management systems and ensure accurate and up-to-date documentation.
• Collaborate with the logistics, procurement, technical, and project management teams.
• Comply with company procedures regarding equipment handling, safety, and inventory control.

Candidate Profile

• Previous experience in warehousing, logistics, or inventory management is an advantage.
• Experience with telecom equipment or materials is a significant asset.
• Good organizational and time management skills.
• Strong attention to detail and a rigorous approach to work.
• Basic computer skills and the ability to use inventory management systems.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Good communication skills.
• Ability to handle and move warehouse materials and equipment.
• Excellent command of English, both written and spoken.
• Knowledge of French and/or Dutch is an advantage.

What We Offer

• Fixed-term contract for a period of three months (with the possibility of conversion to a permanent contract following a positive evaluation)
• Monday to Friday, from 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM or from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with a 1-hour lunch break. (Occasional weekend work may be required, depending on business needs.)
