They do a lot to make the work environment nice to distract you from the fact that they are starving you
I work 60 hours a week, I know how to budget, and I'm living paycheck to paycheck because the pay is so low and, this is key: I have chronic illnesses and their health insurance is a joke. It hasn't covered a single appointment, ever. The prescription coverage has knocked off $5 at MOST.
People here are real nice. I like most the managers, I like - more... the free BBQ and the hot dog sales and they are pretty understanding of missed work. But I can't keep doing this.
