Call-agent at Atos Worldline

I work for Atos Worldline for 2 years now. The first days are quit difficult, every freshman will have to participate at the trainings during two entire days. After the training you'll have to start as a call-agent. Once you master the procedures and system, you'll be able to help and assist clients who are worried and scared as they lost their banc cards.
The most positive part about working at Atos Worldline is defenitly the flexible working hours. Every week you are supposed to give your availabilities and receive your working schedule two days later.
