I have been hired as IT manager for one of the customers of CIRB. I was working by my customer fulltime, every evening and ever weekend in a very difficult situation after a fire near the computer room. The situation was very difficult, as all the IT architecture had to be rebuild and all services restored. No one day of holiday.
After having successfully restored everything in a very political environment, I have been fired though my customers were very happy with my work.
I spent a lot of time explaining o the direction the regulatory NEEDS of my customer but they didn't listen at all.
Conclusion : the CIRB doesn't know its customers and doesn't care about them.
I have been approached by other customers (communes) who were having exactly the same opinions.
Very skilled technical people at CIRB
The direction doesn't even KNOW its customers and their needs.
