Outdated technology, tough for customers to get value

Although a very interesting market space, the company is growth challenged due to a finite market space of publishers. Getting customers integrated is a painful process, and delays getting customer onboard in a timely fashion. After a reduction in force in 2015, many customer facing position were eliminated, along with many experienced management positions.
