Ho lavorato in azienda per un po di anni dove mi son trovata benissimo ma dopo l'ultima esperienza nell'ultimo store dove ho lavorato non ci tornerei nemmeno con uno stipendio piu alto. L'area team non ha tutelato la mia persona ne quella dei miei colleghi. Il responsabile urlava e trattata malissimo tutti e soprattutto sparlava di tutti (manager del suo store e non). Pessima esperienza!!!

Challenging but fun and developmental workplace

The company is still very new in the states in being established so there are bumps in the road for sure. Even so it’s a great company to be a part of. There are growth opportunities; every single week vacant job postings are sent out to every individual store for internal applications who may want to relocate. There is a struggle with management at times because so many people come from an external company that they have to adapt to the “cos” ways but the overall culture COS tries to have in their environment is still a great one. They really do believe in people. Developing and promoting from within. The pay is pretty decent compared to other companies. They are competitive. The benefits are pretty great for full time and even part time has some perks. Overall it’s a great company. Not a perfect company but I’ve never felt valued and actually noticed in any other company I’ve worked in like i have at COS

This is the worst company so far to work for. The area team is terrible plus they hire the worst managers. The only way you can move up is if your an area team favorite, but that’s it. All the managers just sit around and expect you to do everything. Plus if the managers do not like you they will try and get you fired by scheduling you to work early morning shift everyday.

L'azienda parla da sola, nonostante si lavori a ritmi serrati con i colleghi la mia esperienza è stata ottima. Lo stesso vale per i manager. Vivendo a Londra i colleghi venivano da diversi paesi e ciò è un valore aggiunto all'esperienza positiva fatta.

The brand is very good and some really good sales and staff discounts. There would be some very uncomfortable occasions when staff would talk about other members with derogatory language, they didnt care who heard. Some staff had not a care in the world if you heard them talking about you just in the next section of shop. Really no support even for new starters. 1 or 2 very nice staff who were having problems also. I was told that people would leave regularly when someone else left and I wondered why they left in their droves then I found out when I started working there.
