Ik heb in 2020 6 maanden bij DHL gewerkt. Gestart met interim weekcontracten, met de belofte na 6 maanden een vast contract te krijgen. In die 6 maanden interimwerk heb ik in mijn eerste maand een werkongeval gehad. In de opleiding leer je dat je 30 kg niet alleen mag dragen. In realiteit wordt je hiertoe gedwongen omdat niemand je wilt helpen. Ik had elke dag rugpijn. Uiteindelijk op een vrijdag neemt de supervisor mij apart om mij mee te delen dat ik volgende week niet terug hoef te komen. Van de ene dag op de andere krijg je te horen dat je naar een andere job op zoek mag gaan. Dat is niet menselijk. Ik raad aan iedereen af om hier te werken. Bij DHL ben je gewoon een nummer.

Jammer van die maar 1 jaar speciale contracten waarbij de overheid bedrijven financiert die sociale maatwerk bedrijfjes in dienst nemen en die telkens geldig zijn voor maar 1 jaar !!! (met andere woorden : sociale uitbuiting)

I used to work for this company before covid.Let's be clear here. This is a logistics company whose business is about getting products to customers. Similar to other companies like Amazon, it means you are less important than the package you are carrying. If you work in one of the DHL offices and not the warehouse its even worse and the pressure is very high. The cumulative result, you are expendable.
