Our basic package comprises a wide range of conditions that meet the needs and expectations of our workers in their different stages of life: · a competitive salary · performance-oriented premiums and rewards · a package of benefits on top of your wage · flexible working hours · space for development and lifelong learning · a reliable, sustainable, and safe working environment Thanks to all these conditions, ENGIE positions itself as 'very attractive' in the employment market and manages to attract strong employees! But there is more, the bar is higher. Once these talents start to work, you also have to be able to engage and retain them. A good employee experience means that employees have a very positive experience with their work and their colleagues, and above all, want to remain.
