A typical day at work at Engie is spent with a lot of meetings and discussions. It is highly important to spend time in discussing with people in order to get their onboarding. As the structure and organization is complex, communication is key. The management type of this group is pretty hierarchical, even though this is going to change in the future and there are many initiatives inspired by holacracy in order to give more empowerment to employees.
