HR Learning and development
Learning performance and development (voormalige medewerker) – Bruxelles – 18 november 2014
I was at the departement of Human ressources in the section Organization, learning and development. I was attached to a project named BEEtle.
The objective of the project is to set up a database HR common to all the 25000 employees of the Branch Energy Europe, on which leans a continuation "talent" covering all the processes HR (Management of the performance, the career management, the learning and the development which will be effective 1 er in January, 2015.
The role of the human resources, in this case precise, is to motivate and to accompany the collaborators, the managers as well supports RH. We will see several objectives regarding to communication and change management to respect in order that this project is included by all and favors the link between the differents generations.
