Senior managers have little regard for people and are focused on their own advancement. I was put forward three times for a job promotion and each time management hired another outside recruitment company to find an outside person. When the short list was put forward, the company hired another consultancy. This happened three times, and then after the recruitment firms had all done their research and put forward their candidates, the company said it had changed the job spec and advertised it on LinkedIn privately. That says much about management's cut throat practices. I would hesitate to work here much longer.
