Improve information into a clear and efficient communication to be known by other departments
I learned how to manage a team with lots of difficulties, improve their life at work, handle issues and adopt the communication accordingly, create a clear way of communication under e.g.: brochures by topics, by target (neurse, doctors,vendors, etc.), create a new DVD support to welcome new arrivant and introduce the best colleagues, work and building's areas.
The hardest part was to create something that didn't exist yet and do it according the "red line" of the Hospital and the direction.
The most enjoyable part was to suceed in it and to be seriously taken by director and superiors.
I left this place with the feeling I could be very efficient in the domain and with the same conviction in my superior'seyes.
