Retail Talent Program

Hunkemöller wants to keep supporting your development, also when you're already more experienced. To empower this development, we designed The Retail Talent Program for our ‘High Potentials'.

Get stretched!

We believe that our high potentials have the ability, commitment and motivation to rise and succeed into roles with a greater responsibility. The program takes over a year and consists of different modules, such as leadership, coaching and KPI's. You'll be pulled out of your comfort zone and get challenged every moment.

Become stronger!

The group consists of (around) 12 participants from all over Europe. Next to the group activities, you're also working on home assignments, presentations and projects of which you're in the lead. Leading big projects is definitely a learning that you’ll benefit from in the future. If you really want to achieve something, then you should do the Retail Talent Program. It will make you better and stronger!

HKM Academy

We want to deliver service that's beyond our customers' expectations so they will frequently visit our stores and website as well as refer Hunkemöller to their friends and family. To create the perfect customer journey – from the passionate welcome, alongside inspiring and helpful in-store and fitting room advice, to the ‘kiss goodbye' – staff need to be informed and encouraged to be the best they can be. To help make that happen, we've invested in learning and development more than ever before.

Become an expert

We think training is even better if it’s as fun and accessible as possible. Our World-Class Training includes a set of learning and development modules that bring out the best in our people. The Hunkemöller Academy, our online learning platform enables us to transform our already engaged staff into true brand ambassadors. Employees are becoming an expert in different area’s, varying from a Bra Expert to an OmniChannel Expert. Thanks to the Hunkemöller Academy, our staff members can now also be properly certified after completing each level of their training.

World Class Training

As a design-led brand product knowledge is an essential part of learning, that is why Hunkemöller launches a total of 8 product video’s a year informing employees of soon to be coming collections and giving tips on how to sell the products! All these initiatives enable us to develop the confident, passionate and knowledgeable staff that Hunkemöller is famous for. Our USP is World-Class Service and the unrivaled lingerie expertise that our staff deliver.

Live it up!

Hunkemöller proudly presents ‘Live it Up!', our global, social and interactive induction program. ‘Live it Up!' is an international award winning program which gives structure to the induction period of new employees. New employees start their learning journey at Hunkemöller with this amazing global, online, social and interactive Introduction Program.

Live it up!

It makes it easier for stores to induct new employees in their team and it ensures that all new employees learn the skills they need. With this amazing onboarding program we’re creating new Brand Ambassadors who feel confident and will be ready to rock their new job! > In our view, training should be fun and accessible, so we have tablets in stores to bring our video-based training to life. The training-on-the-job mostly consist of fun and practical assignments and face2face meetings with the buddy.

Feel Welcome

We believe that a new employee who feels part of the team shows more confidence, enjoys her job and is set-up for success faster. Therefore, each new employee is supported by a coach in her store: her Buddy. The Buddy makes the new employee feel welcome, answers questions and informally introduces her to the Hunkemöller culture.

Fun, Vital & Happy

There is nothing more important than that our employees are Fun, Vital and Happy! After all, only happy employees can create happy customers.We all have good intentions to maintain a healthy and balanced lifestyle, but let's be honest, we all have experienced how hard it can be to keep up these good intentions. Therefore, we're supporting our employees to keep up the good work as much as possible!

How we help you to stay Fun, Vital & Happy!

We dedicated a full module in our Hunkemöller Academy to being Fun, Vital and Happy. This module has been designed to inspire our employees to change the way they go about their daily work and to be able to consciously make the right health and well-being decisions. The module contains tips on how to stay healthy and happy at work, tips for a healthy lifestyle outside of work and fun challenges for our employees and their teams.

And we do more!

Next to the online module we also have our Fun, Vital and Happy committee. This committee is fully dedicated to organizing workshops, work-outs, relaxation sessions and more in our HQ in the Netherlands to keep our energy level high and our mind in peace.

Brand Events

We would love to introduce you to our most exciting event: Brand Event! Once a year, all Hunkemöller Store Managers, Regional Managers, Board members and external sales partners from all over the world come together to learn, train and experience in two days what the next year at Hunkemöller will hold. From interactive presentations, product sessions and awarding ceremonies, to press moments and multiple fashion shows.

Be Inspired

During Brand Event the directors of Hunkemöller share their strategy for the coming year in inspiring presentations. What’s coming? What’s our goal? How will we stay ahead of the game? Also, the newest collections will be shown during amazing fashion shows. These fashion shows are also viewable via livestreams so the show can be watched anywhere in the world by fashion bloggers, our ambassadors and the press to be on top of all the new lingerie trends for the coming year.

Celebrate success

Next to showing what the future will bring and admiring the newest collections, it is also the time of the year to celebrate our successes and accomplishments, because what is a success without a celebration? And of course there is no better way than to celebrate it with more than 1000 of our Sheroes!
