Very first customer service job
Customer Support Representative (Former Employee) –  Spokane, WA4 December 2018
I had the sad experience of watching a once mighty company implode in a collapsing market. Although the client still exists it is only as a shadow of their former glory and the holding of another company.
My employer was a 3 letter acronym that no one will ever remember, but the client was a 3 letter acronym that no one will ever forget
