Posso dire che è un'azienda unica. Il lavoro è stimolante, c'è spazio anche per i giovani con tanta voglia di imparare e mettersi in gioco, c'è molta attenzione per i dipendenti ed il loro benessere. Ti fa sentire a casa.

Kering is a self motivating place for learners and professionals both. Although the job is tough there but overall the benefits compensate that.

The overall working experience was good since we worked hard there as a team more than individuals.

My immediate boss was very helpful throughout.

Horrible place to work, very clickish and does not really care about their employees. You work long hours for low pay. When you need help their is no help for you. They let you drown and be overworked every day.

Kering as an organizational is great

Kering eyewear has horrible management they are not supportive and don’t care about their employees. Management needs to be revamped from the top. Most staff is great to work we. As with most companies just a few bad apples in important roles.

Work hours are fair and adhere to manpower guidelines.
I learned the art of selling products and tapping on the consumers consciousness to uncover their interests, moods and goals when purchasing a product.
Management could have been better, proper guidance and leadership.
Educating the consumer of the brand, management failed to allocate a budget for advertising efforts.
Meeting new customers each day.

L'environnement de travail dans les locaux de Paris n'est pas très accueillant, et le management est à déplorer. L'humain n'est clairement pas au centre des intérêts de l'entreprise, on vous répète inlassablement : si vous avez votre salaire c'est parce-qu’un autre employée a vendu un sac Gucci...Des postes redondants, des recrutements foireux et un management qui se soucis peu des employées.

Telecommunications Business Analyst (Consultant) (voormalige medewerker) –  Secaucus, NJ4 februari 2018
The US IT division was run by management that had no idea what they were doing. The management had a great vocabulary of Buzz words and catch phrases, but looked to all the consultants to tell them how to get their job done. When a consultant explained that a process was not working or was being executed incorrectly, that consultant was usually told in very unprofessional terms that you didn't know what you were doing if this did not align with the thought process of the management. Meanwhile, if something did get fixed, that same management was quick to take credit for your work as "I finally found a consultant that can do what I instruct them to do". Extremely unprofessional work environment. Constant turnover ... Then Kering outsourced everything to Tata and still needed other consulting companied to tell them how to run things.
