Associate Consultant and Member of Biz Dev Team (Former Employee) – Bangalore, KA – 15 October 2013
Great place to learn supply chain and work on projects. Work on client deadlines. Company had a good pipeline of projects but believed in a hire-as-needed policy. No training or employee development. Good co workers form good educational institutes. Management tried to squeeze out most of their employees. No work life balance. 15 hour days and working on weekends was expected.
Good projects to work on
Very stressful and questionable behavior from the management in terms of hiring and decision making
Consultant (Current Employee) – United States – 10 November 2017
Consulting work is project based, so hours can be long in the middle of client visits, offset by slower times between projects. Weekend work also applies based on the needs of the client, but is not all the time. Compensation is well within averages, and opportunities for advancement are available within a year. Travel is expected. Project work is on some of the biggest corporate clients in the world, and you get to impact the largest and most successful supply chains. Internal training program is amazing, beyond anything I've seen elsewhere. You can choose to focus your work on an Industry or a Service offering to specialize if you wish.
