Do not waste your time with this company. Worst leadership team I have ever seen.

Poor leadership. The company does not invest in the development of their employees. Benefits suck. The company does not staff to handle work until after they win it, putting you behind the eight ball from day one.

Current position requires daily interaction with dealers to determine how claims can be validated for payment.

The interaction with dealers involve quoting policy and where the answers could be located to determine if the claims are supported to be paid.
During busy portions of the day it becomes difficult to balance taking calls and answering a live communication with a different dealer in an email format. Trying to balance both at the same time becomes busy when you are looking up two pieces of information that could be different with out sounding distracted,
Management is relaxed, as long as you are doing what you are supposed to be doing they say very little about your performance.
The hardest part of the job I find is that I want to be able to help all of the dealers and there are not enough people staffed on the job to be able to provide the dealers with the time they need.

The work can be intensive and tedious repetition. If you are not good at problem solving, this is not a good fit. The environment is very friendly and couraging, but the pay is just not a livable wage and you cap very quickly because it is that low. I can only recommend hiring in if you are a second income for your household or like sales. Since sales divisions tend to pay better.

Terrible management and a very faulty human resources department. Watched a liar among the staff almost ruin an exemplary employees career/life with false complaints to HR when her friend was fired.

Sono stato al CLM per 4 mesi..da colloquio mi avevano detto che l'orario di lavoro variava dalle 9-18 alle 10-19 e che avrei svolto attività di Marketing Operativo/Customer Care dal lun-ven....nella pratica fai quasi sempre 10-19:30/20 straordinari non pagati e l'attività consiste nel chiamare i clienti Ford per fargli fare tagliandi o revisioni fino al raggiungimento dell'obbiettivo di gruppo. Il tutto nel frastuono e cazzeggio più totale, se tieni botta per circa un anno allora ti mandano da qualche altra parte..salari nella media,buoni pasto ma mancanza di organizzazione.

MSX is a large company, dedicated to providing professional supplemental and/or agency employees for a variety of companies worldwide. The Training & Development Leader position (or TDL) largely depends upon the manufacturing plant at which you are placed. The work load is huge, the pay is average, and the company itself is not fantastic at communicating changes. It's not a very employee-centered company, but it does specialize in temporary or long-term agency staffing, so that's not incredibly surprising.

I worked with MSX for two years on a project , best job I’ve ever had , no issues at all and would highly recommend if you get the chance take it.
I was promoted to team leader and loved the help and support I got from my managers , unfortunately the project came to an end
