In the morning I would have a meeting with the managers to give them an overview of my work progress and show them the estimate on the fundig I would need for the project. During that meeting I would explain them my plan on handling the marketing and translation of the assigned projects. After that I would go back to my desk and tell other departments - more... on what I would need for the project. For example banners from websites etcetera... In the meantime my chat and Email would be available for complaints of Chinese customers.
