Oxfam Careers and Employment

About us
Oxfam is a global movement of people who won’t live with the injustice of poverty. Together we save lives and rebuild communities when disaster strikes. We help people build better lives for themselves. We speak out on the big issues that keep people poor, like inequality and discrimination against women.

And we won’t stop until every person on the
 – more... planet can live without poverty.

We are one of 19 Oxfam affiliates working together in more than 90 countries. From practical work supporting communities’ efforts to help themselves through to influencing world policy, we support people to empower themselves and achieve a brighter future.

Supported by people across the island of Ireland for over 60 years, we are an independent, secular and not-for-profit organisation.

We have shops across the island of Ireland, offices in Belfast and Dublin, and 2,000 volunteers who are delivering real change to the lives of people affected by poverty.

Inspiring workplace, friendly workplace culture. Learned a lot about the work of the NGO and how to spread information about its' activities. Hands on management.
