People at the Brussels office are extremely nice, and helped me get through the period working here. Interns have been abandoned without a supervisor to teach them the job - the most fundamental thing for an unpaid intern. Good people are what make Paragon acceptable.
Familiarizing with compagny business, getting to know the services provided on the International market and project development, looking for partners in European projects and calls, networking, database creation, event search, management, tasks, drafting of reports, researches and editing reports and the participation to related EU Info Days, meetings and conferences.
It was a role that had autonomy but very little support from managers. Access to certain information was not given to perform tasks completely.
