I can't say enough positive things about Sherwin-Williams. They are a top notch employer. Many will ask why I am no longer with the company.. Simply put the job exceeded my physical abilities. Pallets of paint are really heavy to begin with and I am a very petite woman. The pallet jacks were manual and some of the delivery locations had a 6% grade with just me pulling the product uphill. I chose to back out before there were inevitable injuries. The whole experience from beginning to end tho was wonderful. The management, the loaders, the hr, the drivers, everyone was wonderful. The problem was no one at the stores was willing to help me unload the product. Can't say the same about the experience with the individual stores as I can for the management of the drivers. The people at the stores were often impatient, not ready for deliveries, busy, and unwilling to assist in any way.
Safety and driver management is fantastic. Benefits are amazing
Stores difficult to get into and associates not very helpful
