Get to have music in my ears as I carry mail around.
Mail Carrier (Former Employee) –  Frisco, TX18 September 2017
I would love this job because I can stay on my feet for awhile and I love being outside. I feel like this job would be perfect for me because I work hard and is able to have very flexible hours .

Mail handler
Mail Handler Assistant (Former Employee) –  Kansas City, MO11 December 2019
Literally the worse job that I’ve ever had. They expect you to be available to work any schedule, to handle any amount of labor, to complete job duties that are not in your job description and to deal with managements abuse for no benefits to start and minimum wage (basically). The turn over rate is 2 or more years meaning “ you’re at their disposal”. I wouldn’t recommend this job if you have a family to provide for.

bad work place
City Carrier Assistant (Current Employee) –  Alton, IL11 December 2019
I would not recommend working as a carrier at the post office. The hours are terrible and the pay is unfair. They highly favor the union workers no matter how lazy they are.
