The hotel is splendid and well maintained, continuously renewing and renovating rooms and guest welcoming areas. The accommodation department seems to work fairly well, but the F&B is abandoned: management is non-existent and leadership even worse... they just get through the day: no training, no communication, no appraisal, no meetings, no evaluations. That's the hardest part of the job, feeling abandoned, not supported and never getting answers. The most enjoyable part of the job is the international clientele and some of the colleagues, and the physical environment is classy and pretty to be in. The back-stage, teamwork and atmosphere are awful.
