Zara is officially not a good entreprise for workers

I decide to apply for ZARA for the opportunities and de salary in the first time but of course for the team work but sadly the team work is a facade. It's all about not having a opinion, you have to follow the road. If you arrived in a team who work together for longtime, it's take time for make you place and if you don't quickly and not thinking or having same taste or LOVE gossip, you not making your place.
The worst part was i was motived for making my place when i was responsable produit and i ask for meeting and evaluation but after 4 months and a really bad managing i was fired and never ad evaluation and possibility to make my place. Maybe i had my responsibilities for not having the "zara mentality" but the employed me in full time without experience but didn't help me to understand the job but worst make me feel bad about myself.
The week it's happen they fired everyone in full time CDI, they employed in the last 6 months, probably for budget problems.
The employed of ZARA has a lot of stress but not fun. The shops was always dirty, the team was incomplete all the time. You can not ask people to work harder if you don't give them quality and fair conditions. And it's for every positions in the company.
