For our international Client we are currently looking for: Service Desk Agent with French/German/Lithuanian.

Location: Poznan (Poland)

Requirements:

• Fluent in English, Spanish and Portuguese
• Experience in IT area is not required but will be and strong asset;
• Experience with service management system and customer service will be an advantage;
• Ability to learn and maintain a high level of knowledge of the clients computing environment;
• Excellent telephone, listening and communication skills;
• Ability to work various shifts.

Responsibilities:

• Management system to track and facilitate the handling of all customer incidents and/or service requests;
• Answer questions regarding system errors or usage instruction;
• Maintain a high level of teamwork and communication;
• Providing first-line investigation and diagnostics;
• Password resets, user account creation.
