Have a look at www.bisnode.be You will be part of the Consumer Engagement Team who is in charge of projects in various fields (marketing, sales) and industries (FMCG, automotive, Retail, …) internationally. Some examples of projects developed are: CRM, consumer insights, campaign development and management.

Your Challenge as Account Manager: Supported by Business Consultants and Experts, you provide consultancy to clients; coordinate projects and work to be delivered to ensure customer satisfaction. Through a consultative approach, and understanding clients objectives and plans you ensure that we deliver to our contractual agreements with clients while identifying growth opportunities. You take ownership in all matters that concerns your clients: you represent the client inside Bisnode. You lead, organize and coordinate regular client visits to stay in touch with your client at an operational level.

You contribute actively in account team meetings with business update of your account but also by sharing best practices for increased cross-sell opportunities, marketing knowledge, industry best practice, digital best practice, etc. Yearly you define the budget and the account plan together with your client and with input from other departments. We are looking for a proactive professional person with the ability to think strategically while executing tactically. You have a higher economical education.

You have at least 3 years of relevant experience in a service oriented company. Experience working in retail, FMCG or Automotive sectors are an asset. You have experience in marketing/communication or in a digital agency. You have experience or strong proven affinity with data and using this data to understand business.

Your analytical skills enable you to understand our clients’ needs and your creativity empowers you to identify and propose new solutions. You are a very good communicator with strong commercial skills. You are a solution provider, service minded, proactive and able to work in a multitask environment. You are a real team player.

You are willing to travel in Europe from time to time.
