The Account Manager’s responsibility is to reach the sales objectives in terms of volume, profit and market share on the impulse market. He/ she focuses on a long-term sales vision by developing distribution levels, the brands’ visibility and managing the relationship with wholesalers and other customers in the impulse market on an ongoing basis. He/ she is responsible for the P&L of his portfolio of customers. The account Manager reports to the Key Account Manager, Impulse market.

Build and develop your portfolio of customers in the Impulse market on a proactive way; Elaborate the promotional strategy for your customers and execute the plans in collaboration with our Marketing and Trade Marketing departments; Manage customers negotiations according to the Orangina Schweppes commercial strategy and develop a long term partnership with wholesalers, sub-wholesalers & other customers; Maintain frequent contacts with your customers and develop a strong network in order to become the “Top of Mind” soft drinks supplier; Participate to fairs; Identify new opportunities for efficiency, profitability and organizational improvements in the management of the accounts; Build and follow up on the sales volumes forecast for your customers; Bachelor degree or equivalent by experience A successful experience in an Account Management position in a FMCG environment and especially in the Impulse market Results oriented, self-motivated entrepreneur, organized Tenacious and resilient, driven to achieve even when faced with obstacles Strong analytical skills with ability to develop strategies, tactics, measurable implementation and provide strong recommendations Ability to think outside the box Strong skills in MS Office Bilingual Dutch, French
