Activation Manager On-Trade Belgium

AB InBev is launching an exciting growth plan, City Attack, across all European capital cities. As our new Activation Manager, you will be instrumental in strengthening the position of AB InBev in the On-Trade channel and more specifically the presence of our brands within the scope of our City Attack Plan.

You will be part of our highly performing On-Trade Trade Marketing Team and you will be responsible for consumer activations and vision categories within the City Attack Plan.

About the role

You will have a key role in our City Attack growth plan and will handle the following main responsibilities

Develop the review channel and channel plan for the City Attack Plan
Develop and implement the operational plan for the City Attack Plan
Develop and evaluate activations, promotions and POS (Point Of Sales) equipment in line with the strategy of the City Attack Plan
Support the sales team in the execution of activations and achieving their goals
Develop and implement strategic projects for the On-Trade channel in line with the brand strategy
Monitoring and reporting of the budget
Interpret the strategy of good brands & execution by the sales teams

This exciting position involves cross-functional work and you will be working with Sales, Marketing, Procurement and Legal as well as external agencies. You will be in direct contact with our customers for the management of its projects.

About the candidate

We are looking for a passionate candidate looking to grow his career within Marketing, Trade Marketing or Sales. We will be providing you with exciting challenges, training, a strong career progression and the pride to be working for the world’s leading brewer, maker of the world’s famous Stella, Budweiser and Corona.

Graduate with a Master Degree or at least 3 years’ experience
Experience in Sales and/or Marketing ideally in an FMCG (experience with HoReCa - Hotels, Cafés and Restaurants - is a plus)
Experience in Project Management would be desirable
Affinity with Marketing major cities
Pro-active and result oriented
Excellent analytical communication skills
Trilingual (NL, FR and ENG)
