Full job description

Contribute to the development of the brand strategy in the medium term
  • Achieve Apport Marché targets of the brands
  • Establish brands priorities and positioning in collaboration with the Marketing Director
  • Define communication strategies and business action plans in a proactive and creative manner
  • Build the annual brand plan in line with the global brand strategy and according to market priorities.
  • Plays the lead role of endorsing the brand's values, creativity and dynamism in front of all internal and external stakeholders (e.g. Sales Teams, PR agencies…)
Define and implement the annual marketing plans
  • Assess the previous annual marketing plans (quantitative and qualitative results)
  • Develop the annual strategy and the marketing plan in order to reach objectives
  • Build the budget with the Marketing Director
  • Implement and execute in a highly qualitative and creative manner the individual brand plans: media, PR, merchandising, off and on premise promotions.
  • Boost the reach of marketing programs via creative Digital approach and CRM management.
  • Manage external agencies and internal resource for key marketing programmes
  • Develop and implement communication plan
  • Monitor KPIs and recommend corrective actions if necessary
  • Oversee POSM orders and usage, including regular reviews of items
  • Present the brand action plans to the sales force
Ensure the follow up and achievement of the objectives
  • Ensure the preparation of the Business Review with the Maisons
  • Define brand KPIs for each marketing programmes, monitor and assess them
  • Analyze and follow up the P&L of its brands in collaboration with the Finance Department
  • Build the A&P budget with the Marketing Director
  • Monitor and optimise the A&P Budget to guarantee accurate A&P landing.
  • Follow up the marketing budgets
  • Build monthly sales forecasts
  • Ensure reporting, market & competitors analyses, both in sell-in and sell-out (Nielsen)
Who we are looking for

Education: Graduated with a Master degree / Business School

Languages: fluent in Dutch, French and English; Another European language an advantage

Professional experience & know how: Between 2 (minimum) and 5 years of expérience in a product management or a brand management function.
" Minimum 3-4 years' experience in a marketing role in FMCG environment with a luxury strong interest and fit.
" Experience in Wines & Spirits industry is a plus
